FAQ as OPPA! Takes It's Final Bow

We know that this feels like a shock, please trust that this decision was made over weeks of information gathering and assessing avenues from multiple angles and extensive options.  This difficult decision was made by numerous people who love OPPA! and via legal consultation.  Extensive time was spent to ensure there was not a way to avoid this outcome. For legal reasons, specific details cannot be shared, so we request that you not ask staff about what happened or speculate.

The goal is to pay and refund as many as we can.  We are working through our prioritized list.  Our focus is on individuals who have performed work via teaching, pro-teams and staffing at OPPA! Please show patience as we determine what is legally and financially possible.  

If you were enrolled in a payment plan through Ludus for class registration, those plans have been voided. No further payments will be authorized. 

An update for our OPPA!-ning Night Crew Donors, we have canceled the automatic recurring monthly payments on our end.  We thank you for your support. OPPA!’s Tax ID number is 81-4303199, and your donation is fully tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Frozen Jr. will be performed on July 17-20. We are also working on a yard sale, so please watch social media.  We are thankful to all of the staff that are all now operating in a volunteer capacity. Link to Frozen Jr. Tickets: https://oppa.ludus.com/200489573

Items that are personalized like plaques or name plates will be offered for pick-up at a specific time.  Please do not come in randomly to retrieve these items.  We will not dispose of things without first giving the opportunity for them to be collected.

We are taking steps to ensure that items that have been rented or borrowed are appropriately allocated.  After this process, we will send notifications out about potential items available for purchase.  Social media will be a great place to reference for future details.

OPPA! still has extensive financial obligations and we are prioritizing individuals who have performed work and who are continuing to go forth with dedication.  You can help by purchasing tickets to Frozen Jr., making donations at this link, volunteering to help with Frozen at this link, attending our yard sale, and watching for items for sale on social media.
