We do not guarantee you can exchange a ticket. Exchanges are allowed only in the following situations:
Tickets purchased for individual plays (not season tickets) may be exchanged for free through your email confirmation up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled performance. If you require the box office staff to complete the exchange a $5 fee per ticket will be charged. ALL exchanges within in 24 hours a scheduled performance will incur a $5 fee per ticket and must be done through the box office. These tickets may be exchanged for another available night of the same production or to a future production. We cannot guarantee availability for an exchange.

Current Covid Policies
In discussion with our staff, board and volunteers we are continuing to adjust our policies to provide a safe place for the arts. We have worked to create policies that can be long term, you will see that some of these changes will take affect at different times that is to allow for the change. As some shows have already auditioned and are rehearsing it can be hard to change those restrictions “mid run” so we are working to tier our response to the rising COVID concerns.
Audience Members:
Masks will be highly encouraged to see a show inside our facility.
We ask that you social distance in all areas when possible.
We STRONGLY encourage all audience members to get vaccinated and help keep the arts alive.
Community Theatre Performers/staff/volunteers. (starting immediately)
Masks will be encouraged at ALL times during rehearsals and at anytime inside the building.
Vaccinations will be strongly encouraged (for age groups eligible for the vaccine) to audition or work on a show (director, designer etc) starting with our first show of the 2022 season.
As allowed by Legislation a valid exemption can be submitted.
Education Classes
As we have always done we have followed the Davis School District,
Masks will be HIGHLY requested at all classes, no testing will currently be done in our classes, and no vaccine requirement is currently in place.
We will however add the following:
We STRONGLY encourage all students to wear masks during class, you will see our staff wearing masks and we ask that your children do the same for the safety of our students and Staff.
We are not currently requiring vaccinations for any of our classes, however again, we STRONGLY encourage anyone able to get the vaccination.
We hope that this approach will get us through this semester and beyond, however these may be adjusted as we proceed through the semester.
We understand that Covid is considered a hot button issue to some, but it isn’t here at OPPA! Here at OPPA! we are doing only what we need to keep the arts alive and going in our community, because in the end thats why ALL of us are here and you are reading this because you are an arts supporter. We know that some may disagree with our choices above and while we respect your choice we also must do what we can to protect our staff, students, volunteers, patrons and our Mission.
Child Attendance
OPPA! welcomes individuals who are five (5) and older to attend any scheduled performance. We do not allow children under the age of 5 or babes in arms in the theatre.
We endeavor to provide quality family-friendly productions, however we advise parents to be aware of the subject matter before bringing younger children.
No Refunds or Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable and no credits can be issued for unused tickets, whether they were purchased individually or as part of a season ticket package.
Refunds, credits or alternate dates are not offered for missed performances.
ARRIVAL TIME
Doors open for seating 30 minutes before each performance. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled performance time.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager at the first appropriate and safe break that allows for the least disruption for the actors and the audience. Alternate seating may be assigned, meaning that your party may not sit together or in the seats that were originally assigned. Patrons arriving after the start of the performance will be seated at the discretion of management. Late-comers cannot be guaranteed seating.
Performance Cancellation
Performance cancellations due to weather or other circumstances are very rare. When a performance must be cancelled, we will make every attempt to contact you to make arrangements for an alternate date. Please note: OPPA! does not offer refunds due to bad weather when a performance is taking place, if no other nights available a streaming option of that show will be provided.
